The Resonate CX Grand Slam is a competition hosted by Resonate CX.

Official Rules – Resonate CX Grand Slam
1. Competition Overview
- The CX Grand Slam consists of a series of challenges held over four weeks.
- Challenge timelines are as follows:
- Week 1 Challenge: 14th April – 24th April
- Week 2 Challenge: 28th April – 2nd May
- Week 3 Challenge: 5th May – 9th May
- Participants must follow all official CX Grand Slam rules set by Resonate.
2. Points Allocation
- The first user to complete a challenge receives 40 points.
- The second fastest user receives 30 points.
- The third fastest user receives 20 points
All other users who complete the challenge receive 10 points each.
- In case of a tie, the next placement will be skipped.
For example, if two users tie for 1st place, both receive 40 points, and 2nd place (30 points) will be skipped. The next eligible user will be awarded 3rd place (20 points).
3. Weekly Rewards
- At the end of each weekly challenge, the top 3 fastest users (based on point allocation) will receive a Resonate reward.
4. Grand Prize
- At the end of the 4-week competition, the user with the highest total points and who has completed all 3 challenges will win the official Resonate merch pack.
5. Rewards Limitation
- Each participant is eligible for only one (1) Resonate reward from the weekly challenges.
- However, this does not restrict the participant from winning the CX Grand Slam grand prize (Resonate merch pack).
6. Use of Documentation
- Resonate reserves the right to use photos, videos, or any other documentation of the winners of the CX Grand Slam for promotional or internal purposes.
7. Receiving of the prizes
- For digital prizes, the Resonate team will reach out to confirm your preferred email address. If we don’t hear back within one week, you’ll still receive the points, but the prize will be passed on to the next eligible participant.
- For physical prizes, we’ll check in to confirm your preferred mailing address. If we don’t get a response within a week, we’ll go ahead and send the prize to your store or centre.

2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their entry in person at the Resonate CX booth (Stand 312) on April 16 or 17, 2025, before 2:00 PM (PST) on April 17, 2025.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, illegible, lost, corrupted, delayed, or not received due to technical issues or any other reason. Entries generated automatically or submitted by agents or third parties will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
3. Prize and Drawing
The prize consists of one (1) LEGO Motorized Lighthouse set (Approximate Retail Value: $299 USD).
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
The winner will be selected at random in a drawing held at 3:00 PM (PST) on April 17, 2025, at the Resonate CX booth (Stand 312).
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value and/or to amend or cancel the sweepstakes without prior notice. No correspondence will be entered into regarding such changes.
4. Notification and Prize Claim
The winner will be notified via phone and/or email using the contact details provided at the time of entry. A valid company email address is required to be eligible.
If a selected winner does not respond after multiple phone call attempts within a 10-minute period — due to the limited remaining time before the event concludes — Resonate CX reserves the right to draw an alternate winner. This process will be repeated until a confirmed response is received.
5. Use of Personal Data and Consent to Follow-Up Contact
Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this sweepstakes, in accordance with applicable U.S. data protection laws and Resonate CX’s Privacy Policy.
By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to be contacted by Resonate CX with an offer to book a complimentary 30-minute customer experience assessment. Booking this assessment session is included as an optional part of the registration process. The outcome of the assessment will have no impact on the sweepstakes results.
Entrants may withdraw their consent at any time by notifying the Promoter in writing or using the unsubscribe option in any communication.
6. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or engages in fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair conduct, as determined at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
7. Acceptance of Rules
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. All decisions made by the Promoter in connection with the sweepstakes are final and binding.
