GetFeedback Direct is being retired on December 31, 2026. Annual renewals were suspended in January 2025. For US-based customers, Salesforce pointed to SurveyMonkey Enterprise as the default migration path. International customers were given no official alternative. You need to migrate before the shutdown date.

GetFeedback Direct shuts down on December 31, 2026. We recommend starting your migration at least 8–12 weeks before the deadline to allow time for data transfer, configuration and team training.

Absolutely. The SurveyMonkey Enterprise migration path was only offered to US-based GetFeedback customers — international customers were given no official alternative. Resonate CX supports GetFeedback migrations globally with the same guided process regardless of location.

Data & Continuity

Yes. Our migration includes a full data audit and historical data transfer. Your touchpoint responses, NPS trends and Salesforce-linked records all migrate into Resonate CX so you don't lose continuity on your CX programmes.

We time the switch carefully so disruption is minimal. Testing is completed while GetFeedback is still running — so nothing changes for your customers until Resonate CX is fully signed off and ready. At that point, GetFeedback is switched off and Resonate CX goes live. We don't recommend running both systems simultaneously as two active feedback mechanisms can confuse customers, but we plan the cut-over to ensure negligible downtime. Your CX continuity is protected throughout.
