About the speaker
Mita Bedi is a Customer Experience Specialist, Thought Leader, CEO, and Co-Founder of Resonate CX. With more than 20 years of international experience in business consulting, Mita has been part of leading transformational programs that help drive revenue and competitive advantage using customer strategy. She has lived and worked as a global citizen in the UK, Singapore, and Italy.
Mita has founded and grown two companies and is passionate about driving impact. Outside of her work life, she is also a mother of two young children, loves all creative pursuits, and is an active member of her community.
About the speaker
Luna Wen is the Strategic Programs Lead at Resonate CX, where she drives customer experience initiatives and oversees delivery excellence. Since joining Resonate, she has progressed from software engineering into leadership, guiding product ownership, client onboarding, and process improvements that have scaled the company’s impact. With a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Monash University, Luna brings both technical expertise and a people-first approach to her work.
Beyond her career, Luna is a proud mother whose journey balancing parenthood with professional growth has shaped her leadership style. She is passionate about building teams, delivering meaningful results, and inspiring others to embrace change with resilience.
